I was recently suspended for high system resource usage [...] consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts.
I'm not sure what that means. I'm running a Wordpress blog, just one personal blog, and yes I have been on it for over an hour on both occasions prior to the suspension. I uploaded photos, installed a couple of plugins, and imported a backup file from a temporary wordpress blog.
Are these activities what the suspension refered to? I do not often spend so long on my blog, it is only because I recently got it recovered but the backup/restore wasn't the latest, so I was working on getting it up to date.
I do not run cron jobs or scripts or stuff like that. Is there any way I can ensure that I keep within the system resource usage limit?
