Host 'int.lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors

My site has the following error message:


Site off-line

The site is currently not available due to technical problems. Please try again later. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are the maintainer of this site, please check your database settings in the settings.php file and ensure that your hosting provider's database server is running. For more help, see the handbook, or contact your hosting provider.
The mysql error was: Host 'int.lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'.


How do I go about unblocking it?

The whole of lotus is experiencing technical difficulties with connecting to the MySQL server. The admins are aware of the issue, so it should get fixed sometime soon.

yes, that part should actually be in order now.

However I'm currently trying to fix up a couple things which will likely give it a hard time responding to requests currently.
