Host name lost for FileZilla usage after disk crash on my PC

Last week a disk crash on my PC made me loose some important information.
A new disk has been installed and I have to go on publishing on www.genvalsaintpierre.org
I cannot retrieve the Host name to be used in FileZilla to connect to my website genvalsaintpierre.org hosted with x10Hosting for several years now !
I unsuccessfully tried a lot of combinations around genval and x10 !
I know the username and password of my account and I am also able to access the cPanel File Manager, but it should be much easier with FileZilla.
Can someone help me, please.

Using your main domain name as your FTP "host" should allow you to access your account. Please could you provide me with the contents of your FileZilla error log?
