hosting account is suspended

hello,

earlier I was transferring files over FTP to install Social engine.
file transfer begins normally, but after a while the transfer was stopped!
I am entering x10hosting Account Management, and there I see
Status: Suspended
I do not understand is that Social Engine is forbidden?

Nulled (illegal) script was found on your account, thats why your account is suspended. This type of suspension falls under http://x10hosting.com/forums/useful-information/123552-zero-tolerance-policy.html ,so your account is permanently suspended.

Everything will be deleted when the account is terminated, which will be no sooner then after 14 days of suspension.
