hosting account management panel login

hi! just wanna ask why i can't access my account management panel but i can access my cpanel when i use 'ladysept.x10hosting.com:2082' link...

my error message is: the username specified does not exist

so what do you think seem the problem...? :happysad:

Your account management panel at http://x10hosting.com/account i presume you are talking about that, instead of using your cPanel login there, you use your FORUMS account to login to it, I hope this helps. So you would use 'cUtiEaYu' as the username and yourpassword as the password.
