Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may not begin with a numeric character.

It's simple. Don't use numbers in the start of your username. Begin your username from any of the character between a-z. You may capitalize wherever you want.

Cancel your current sign-up attempt (with the failing user name), and fill in the sign-up form again, with a different user name.
