Hosting Account Space Upgrade

I would like to request additional space for my webpage. When I attempt to ftp a new file I receive a Response: 550 Can't create directory: Disk quota exceeded

Hello Jon,

I have performed a quick review on your account and I have noticed you are using over 1GB of space for hosting photo galleries.
In our Terms of Service it is stated that photo galleries are limited to a maximum of 1GB space.
Since your account is violating the Terms of Service currently, I cannot extend the disk space.

You are using approximately 3GB in the photos folder - is there any way you could lower this down?
Alternatively it may be time to upgrade to a paid account.

Thank you for your quick response.
I have found an error in the setting of the program that creates the web albums that was causing it to make a full res copy of each photo and not just a scaled down version. This has now been corrected and the usage will now be within the TOS.
