Hosting Account Space Upgrade

I would like to request additional space for my webpage. I've read the Account Upgrade Policy and believe that my account satisfies the conditions required to upgrade my allotted disk space (of which I currently only have 512MB).

I've made two posts with this request before, and both times the thread was closed without any reply. If there is any reason as to why this request cannot be fulfilled, please let me know so that I can take appropriate action.

Your account does not qualify for the upgrade at this time, you need to be using up at least half the allotted disk space to get the upgrade, you are currently only using a little over 1mb.

Hmm, that's not true - for some reason my disk space usage on my cPanel Stats menu is incorrect. When I click on the "Disk Space Usage" Link it says that I'm currently using 407.61MB. I'm not sure why this discrepancy exists at this time.

The cPanel on my account has the same problem. Front cPanel shows 12M (close to the size of the mySQL db) usage, but my public_html is at least 34M.
