Dear Support,

I have been using your free hosting service for more than a year now, and really appreciate the overall effort and quality you guys are putting in a free service.

My main domain is:
http://syedgakbar.x10.mx/

This is to request if you kind increase my disk space quota to be more than 100 MB (ideally infinity)? I have read you upgrade requirements, and I think I meat all the requirements.

I though to also give you an overview of my website and data requirement so that you can make this decision easily. One of the most space consuming service on my website is Dynamic Subtitle Translator. This online tool allows user to upload and translate the movie subtitles file to many of the supported languages. Since, for this, user uploads the subtitles, and I temporarily also store the translated subtitles, and then in the database too. So, its size keeps growing. If you can please upgrade the package, it would be of great help.

Regards,
Syed Ghulam Akbar

There's an issue with this, distribution of the subtitles is essentially redistributing the entire movies script/dialogue, which does actually violate copyright laws.

I have therefor no other choice but to deny the request and suspend the site for being in violation of our ToS and US laws.

Dear Anna,

This subtitle translation service is primarily for the owner of the Subtitles file, and I have no plan to make my website subtitles repository. To assure this is the case, I regularly keep deleting the old subtitles files from the cache and database as well. You can confirm this by looking at my account history.

Plus I also have a clear text on my Subtitle Translator page to not upload any copyrighted subtitles, and user should have responsibility of any copyright violation. Does this make it any better? If no, how if I only allow translation, and no storage of subtitle files. Will this okay with your terms?

Regards, Akbar
