Hosting Account Space Upgrade

Hello sir,
i believe that I'm eligible for Space upgrade,

• 50% of Disk Space : Currently 672.4 / 1024 MB using
• No Current Account Suspension
• The account is more than 7 days old
  
• I obey the rules of X10 hosting.

I therefore request the X10community to please upgrade my hosting space to unlimited space.

That depends on the issue/request. In your case, you need someone with sufficient access to upgrade your account, and most of the volunteers doing support here (including myself) don't have that.

After review we decided to deny the account space upgrade, since the site is effectively used for file hosting which is not allowed per our ToS.
Although the files are made available for download it doesn't qualify as a proper site, since the downloads were the only content on the site.
