Hi, I would like to request unlimited space for my account. I am hosting an online store of products for a client and have already used over half of my usage with the amount of products I've added (and the framework of course) but still need to add many more products so I feel I may run out of space soon.

My hosting account address is pixel.x10.bz and I have an addon domain which is clipperland.com.au and this is where people access the site from.

Thanks.

Hello,

Technically you are not allowed to give away hosting when you're under the free plan, which means that you just admitted to violating the ToS by saying you host the site for a client.
ToS said:
1. Server Usage
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. x10Hosting reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. Each individual is allowed one account only.

I have set your account to the 1024 limit it probably should have had to start with, but as mentioned, you are currently in violation of section 1 of the ToS which means you're not entitled for the unlimited upgrade at this time.

A small word of advice though, for business usage you really should be considering premium hosting which is more suitable for that and less prone to downtime caused by other users abusing the service.

I am a bit unsure of what you mean by 'give away' hosting. It's a business that I am a part of, and by client, I mean the main owner of the business. I have created the website and will always be the one managing and working on the site. It is a small business (of only a few people) so the hosting plans provided here are great for our needs.

I'm sorry if this is violation of your terms of service. If it is, I will look into other options available.

Thanks for your support.
