I'm currently past 90% of my 512MB limit for my webpage, and would like to request additional space. I've read the Account Upgrade Policy and believe that my account satisfies the conditions required to upgrade my allotted disk space. It previously seemed as if my space had been upgraded a few weeks ago (as my cPanel Disk Space Usage did not specify a quota limit), but I noticed today that my 512MB limit has returned.

I've made three posts with this request before, but to no avail - if there is any reason as to why this request cannot be fulfilled, please let me know so that I can take appropriate action.

Thank you.

Hmm... You could message any staff. Anna, and Byron are very good choices.

I have now upgraded your account to have unlimited space.

If you mean unlimited databases, no. You can get extra databases with the Prime and Illuminated plans (when they become available again), but there's still a limit (of 4, in the case of Illuminated).

If there's no real difference between the free plan and paid hosting, why would x10 ever expect anyone to pay?

Hey. I got a question. It says 2 / 4 SQL databases allowed, PostgreSQL is not available, and even if it was, I wouldn't use it. I don't wanna waste those extra 2 SQL databases when I could really use them. Why can't I use the extra 2? And if PostgreSQL is available, how can I use those 2 used for PostgreSQL for MySQL?

You wouldn't be "wasting" them; you're only allowed 2 on unenhanced Free Hosting plans. As you surmise, that's reported in cPanel as 2 each of MySQL and PostgreSQL, but PostgreSQL is not installed/unavailable on Free Hosting. It's just impossible to keep cPanel from reporting the PostgreSQL availability over the long term (it's proprietary software), and there is a single setup/admin entry to set the number of databases -- cPanel interprets that as saying "of each type".
