Hi I believe that I am eligible for the unlimited disk space upgrade and it would be very much appreciated. Trying to keep working on my wordpress site and cant upload any more photos for the blog portion because I am out of disk space.

Thanks so much!

Hello
I have upgraded your account. Please note though that you really shouldn't store backups in your account, in case something actually happens on your account they are likely to go corrupt as well, I'd recommend that you download them to your local computer.
You only have two backup files, both fairly large though, so I'll not make to big fuss on them, but in general if you start storing too many backups in your account that could be seen as using the account for file hosting, which is not allowed by ToS.

Could someone look into my account (whstech2.x10.mx) to see if I am eligible for "unlimited" disk space as I appear to have reached my limit. My softaculous_backups file has grown to over 600MB and I don't know why and I can't see where the files are that are taking up this space. the dir doesn't show any files that large. Any help would be appreciated.

cPanel -> FileManager go UP one directory level from public_html
Find directory softaculous_backups
Are you saying that there are no files there?

My disk usage says there's over 600MB of stuff in there but when I look there isn't. Last I looked there is a directory that has 2 small moodle backup files in it and one other file.
Why is it saying there's that much space used and if so why is this backup getting so large??? I only have a Moodle site running and the courses aren't that big. Largest is about 45MB.

I'm showing the current disk usage as this:

0 access-logs
4.0K etc
6.4M mail
359M moodledata
8.0K public_ftp
147M public_html
32K tmp
0 www

Bear in mind that both access-logs and www aren't actually files, hence the 0; they shouldn't be removed either, but the Moodle install does look to be what's using up the most data.

Thanks Anna for the upgrade. I completely forgot that I needed to delete the backups after I downloaded them so I will take care of that right away.
Really appreciate this.

My account still says it has exceeded it's quota. Take a look.

Yes, and that's because you have nearly 600MB in the softaculous_backups folder (along with the 430+ MB of non-backup data).
