Hosting Account Space Upgrade

Hello. I believe that I am eligible for the unlimited disk space upgrade and it would be very much appreciated, because my Jomla site is close to be collapsed.

A large portion of your disk space is being used by backups. We don't allow backups on free hosting, as this technically counts as "file hosting". Therefore, your account is not qualified for an upgrade at this time.
