Hosting Account Space Upgrade

I believe that I am eligible for the unlimited disk space upgrade and it would be very much appreciated. I believe I have a legitimate use for the unmetered disk space, and I meet the four requirements published here: https://community.x10hosting.com/th...-unlimited-disk-quota-learn-more-here.173837/. In conclusion, I believe that my account is also in compliance with the Terms of Service.

Question for the Community Moderators,

I've noticed that my disk-quota has doubled in recent days. For this reason, i've requested for the unmetered disk space upgrade.
Has any mod been able to look over my account to see where the "ghost" data is being stored? If the meter is correct, then I must not have access to the "Other" space to clear it. I'm not hosting any files alongside some of the images used for the site.

Your disk usage currently reports as being 0.23 Mb, which means you do not meet the requirements at this time.

I know there was a quota problem on one of the servers recently, by the sound of things that could have been your server, and by sorting that error your account now show the true usage.

Dear Moderator,

I believe that the quota error was what you actually saw when you were giving me stats on my usage in your response. My true usage is around 540MB, and it is reflecting correctly in the stats at the present time.
