Hosting Account Space Upgrade

I would like to request "Unmetered" disk space for my account. I had it before but it changed to 512M!
My website is http://semiview.x10host.com.

The majority of the space is taken up by dance videos stored in the folder Dance, these appear to have nothing to do with the website at all which means they would fall under the clausul file hosting, which is prohibited by the ToS.
