Main Domain whozat.x10.mx

I believe I meet the conditions for upgrade. I am certainly not, and have no intention of, using the space for file-serving. Every file is part of the website. If it is unclear how please contact me.

I don't know whether it helps but I am 99% certain that the site will not exceed 3GB, and 100% certain it won't in the forseeable future. I would be quite happy to work with this as a limit, subject to further review if it ever came to it.

There's no hosting account attached to the forum account you are posting, the request needs to come from the proper forum account (applies to all types of support questions).

If you do not know what forum account is attached to the hosting you can see information, and if you wish change the linked forum account, if you login to the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will provide you with information about currently linked forum account as well as give you an option to switch to another existing forum account.

I took a quick look based on the domain provided, there's a lot of images that at first glance at least appear to not be connected to the site, I clicked around on the site a little to check. The only image links I saw appeared to be served from another domain, some kind of image service I suspect.

If the images is not related to the site directly (as in viewable, or downloadable by link, on site) they would fall under file hosting which is not allowed as per our Terms of Service. Also in the event of there being a hidden gallery, keep in mind that personal images actually have a limit set as per the terms:
  • Personal Image and Video Galleries: Personal galleries are limited to 1 GB of disk space for images and videos.
Do note that images that are within blog posts for instance is not counted as there being a gallery, as in that scenario images would be a complement to the text.

I think I've got the account link sorted now.
I can tell from your comment that you were looking at my site.
There is no hidden gallery. Everything is public, with the exception of the controls in the Guestbook.
Every image file relates to a link on the site. If you go to http://whozat.tk/ppl/c/f/bec60b0f59c3c8958fc.html (for example) and go to the botom section "Source References" you will see a list of image buttons. These buttons, as you correctly identified, use an external service from Microsoft called "Zoom. It" to display images. Whilst the images are served from the "Zoom. It" site it is a condition of that service that the original image be publicly available on the web. If you mouse over the bottom right corner of an image you should see 4 buttons, the right hand most of which is "Toggle full page". If you select this then again in the bottom right corner you will see a link called "View original". Whenever possible I have linked to an original at another host (on the example page those numbered 2 to 13 inclusive). However sometimes, like in number 1 on this page, I need to host the image. In the case of the number 1 link (to http://zoom.it/42HY) the original image is http://whozat.tk/downloads/fmp/B/492141021.jpg. If I remove the image the link will cease to work when the image drops out of cache on the "Zoom. It" server (as it is an image presentation service and not an image storage site). I wouldn't have thought this was an issue if these files were being displayed directly rather than through "Zoom. It", and indeed would have thought it an advantage as any load of image files being viewed falls on the "Zoom. It" server(s) rather than yours.
I can't think of any easy way to prove "en masse" that the files under tree/downloads and tree/scans are related like this, but I can show they are individually being presented through "Zoom.It". If file http://whozat.tk/x.jpg is being questioned going to http://zoom.it/?url=http://whozat.tk/x.jpg will load the image and display the "Zoom. It" URL. If the reviewer would like to give me a list of randomly picked image files I would be able to provide the pages to which they are linked through presentation by "Zoom.It".
Every image is directly necessary to the site. If the reviewer would like to know how in any particular case(s) I will provide details.

Alright, thanks for the explanation on how the zoom.it works, I didn't look it up and thought it to be a place where you also stored the images, thus making the ones on our servers redundant.

I have now upgraded your account to the unlimited plan.

I think they are basically wary of storing them in that people might then load "undesirable" images and they would be left holding the baby. This way they don't have to concern themselves with what the image is. Fair enough really.
Thanks for your prompt attention and help with getting the linking etc. sorted.
