I sincerely love your services and am requesting that my disk space be upgraded. My website is really starting to go places within my community, and it provides useful how-to's for all who care to visit.

Seeing as almost 200MB of your disk space is a backup, and an additional 200MB of that is from owncloud, which is file hosting, and therefore against our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a quota increase. You have 24 hours to remove the offending material (the file hosting) from the account, or you will be suspended.
