Hosting Account Space Upgrade

your account must be on the right side of the TOS to receive a 'Unmetered disk space' upgrade - but "File Hosting" puts it on the wrong side of the TOS
from the TOS --> [ File Hosting - Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file hosting service. ]

Please be aware that file hosting can lead to a suspension.
I'm not sure how it would really be handled here so if I were you, I would make a backup and make it so that the account is mainly used for web hosting. You can choose whatever options you want, though I personally wouldn't take risks when it comes to web hosting.
You can probably talk to the compliance officer for more information, though I'm not sure if those files would need to be moved out first to avoid a potential suspension during the conversation.
Again, I have no idea how it would work out.
Correct me if I'm wrong about any part of this, I'm not a pro when it comes to the suspension side of things as I only have access to the ToS page.
