Am I able to get a space upgrade on my account?

While we do offer free unmetered disk space to users using over 512MB, it appears the majority of your space is currently being consumed by temporary zip archives in your "wp-snapshots" directory. Please could you try removing these zip archives?

I removed those files but am still over 512 mb. Am I able to get an upgrade?

You have over 400MB in what look to be backups located in your plugin folder at:
all-in-one-wp-migration/storage
