hosting account suspended, without any proof

My hosting account is suspended for

the reason is high resource usage and 2 prong copyrights violation.

The first reason i didn't understood but for second one,
2 prong was open source and i had contacted its author himself, and he himslf helped me to install this script, His name is Mark percival.

plz check and reactivate asap.

The first part of the suspension will need to be doublechecked with the higher ups as well - I'm not entirely positive x10hosting even -allows- script hosting for a disposable email service on free, so it might be down just for that :/


Edit: To clarify there are 3 reasons in the list: 1, Script hosting disposable emails, 2, the ajax 10s refresh loop, and 3, the copyright violation (which was pointed out to me by another advocate, so I do NOT take claim on that part of the suspension). For staff, if needbe ask and I can refer to the advocate who was going for the copyright violation. I couldn't locate the original script to confirm it, however it looks identical to what webarchive has, except for the logos and the Copyright at the bottom no longer mentioning the original authors name.
