Hosting Account Terminated

Hello.
It seems that my hosting account has been terminated. I received the termination email, but I never received any warnings (as are shown in my notification history when I log into x10hosting).
Is there any way I could get my hosting re-activated? Or are all of my files and settings deleted?

I'm very sorry, but your account is terminated, and there's no way we can recover your files... If you have a backup (or even if you don't) feel free to sign up again (you can use this same forum account to sign up).

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Are you sure the emails didn't get sorted into your spam folder?
