Hosting account terminated?

Got an email that said that my hosting account was terminated?
I dont even know why! It was working absolutely good, and now this?
How can i recover all my data?

If you remember in July your account was suspended by the system for the move to another server.
You then had to get a Staff to restore your account.

It seems that while your account functioned, it still had the suspension "on the books". It seems that there were several accounts in this situation, not just yours.

It seems that when the system did its recent sweep to terminate long suspended accounts, it terminated yours (and others in your situation) without warning.

Staff is aware of the situation and are checking into the exact causes and any possible remedy for you and the others.

That is what I know at the moment. I will get back to you when Staff lets me know what happens next.

yes, my account was suspended during migration, i got the Staff to unsuspend it. And until 2 days ago, it was working good..

Is there anything we should know?! My hosting account is gone, all my data has been deleted, and I don't really see anything to fix this..
I'm really upset with the service.

WHAT!!!? Are you serious? I mean, X10Hosting deleted all my data, because of their will, and I'm not getting anything back??? Oh boy, I'm done with this service, FOREVER. That is so lame.

it'd be great if i could get all the data back, after this and other things that happened before with my account, im leaving x10Hosting.

As was said before there are NO backups, so there is no way of getting your data back.
