My account has been discontinued due to inactivity. I have tried to make a new account with the same email address but get the errormessage " The email address you have supplied is not available.". Is it not possible to make a new account with the same email or open the old one?

It should be possible, however we have noticed a few having issues with this and we're looking into it.

I'll escalate this into the ticket area, you should see a notice about that at the top of this thread. If you login there, use your forum credentials, and reply with the following information it can be created manually:

cPanel name: (Max 8 chars)
Domain:
contact e-mail:
Default language: (allowed are English, Spanish or French)
Mark here if you agree to the TOS ( )
