It says I don't have an account. I registered and followed the steps. How do i access my account/site?

Under what hosting (cpanel) username did you sign up?
If you try logging into account control panel (http://x10hosting.com/control) with the e-mail used for signing up for your hosting account, can you get in then? If you do you'll need to link the hosting account with your forum account by going to "account -> forum account" in the top menu and then click "swap forum usernames" in the yellow square with information text.
