Hosting control panel and site not loading

Hello everybody! I'm trying to access the hosting control panel and my website link, but I can't access either of them, they keep loading infinitely, only my Dashboard loads, does anyone know what it could be?

Your IP had been blocked by the firewall, I have removed the block.
The reason for the block was "(sshd) Failed SSH login", please note that SSH is not available for free hosting, any attempts using that protocol, including SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) will result in a failed login and eventually a firewall block.

Hi! Thanks very much!! I was trying to connect via FTP through filezila or terminal, I think I ended up doing it again after the site came back online, if it crashes again I'll report it here, Thanks!!
