Hi! My name is Charlie and my site hasn't been working for a couple of weeks now.

Is there a specific problem that I can fix?

Thank you for any help!

Hello, your site loads for me, but are you getting a 500 error? What scripts are you running?

I run indexhibit. I've tried to open my site on Chrome and Firefox, but neither work.

What is that?

I see 500 Internal Server Error when I go to your site.

Is that what you are talking about?

Is you site PHP based? What is the name of your index file?

1. All .php files must be permission like 0755 or 0644. 0666 and 0777 (ie group/world writeable) will cause 500 errors.

2. .htaccess file: If there are any RewriteRule directives, you must have

RewriteBase /

above any RewriteRule

Sorry to bother you guys again.

I've lost both the password and username to my cpanel.
Is there any way to retrieve either via email?
