hosting domain modification

Hi, i am trying to change my hosting accounts primary domain from activ8ed.co.cc to activ8ed.co.nz
In hosting account actions I get an error message saying a system error occurred while processing this action'
error code: F3F45C7A.
Is there something I haven't done properly.
I have a domain through domains4less.co.nz
I have read the easy domain setup DNS and changed the nameservers to ns1 and ns2 and also added the ip address, and alsoo changed the account details in account panel.
Can anyone help?

Can you try it again? That's the only advice that I can give. The message associated with that error code makes absolutely no sense to the problem at hand...

Can you perform any other account actions? (Like changing your cPanel password, or something)
