Hosting Domain Suspended

Dear Sirs,

In the aforementioned matter, I am making a note of the fact that the hosting domain durdik.x10hosting.com has not been reachable since last Moday morning, 2010-02-08. Additionally, opening a support ticket had not worked as expected: It has been disabled with the message Sorry! This forum is not accepting new posts. Apart from this, neitherabuse@x10hosting.com, nor webmaster@durdik.x10hosting.com, nor webmaster@x10hosting.com, nor kb.x10hosting.com have replied our query.

We are in dire need of the domain.

Please comment as soon as possible. I appreciate your efforts in advance.

It is not about my account, but about a domain, and it is not about not being able to take 5 seconds out of my day to read the news and announcements, as http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/111326-community-support-forums-closed.html suggests. In fact, the domain durdik.x10hosting.com is currently still available for use. It is not clear to me from the http://status.x10hosting.com/ if the corresponding data are lost. And this is my primary concern, since I have got no backup at hand.

As mentioed above, we are in dire need of the domain: Today morning I had to take four hours to send a bunch of e-mails to my business partners and to apologize for the site at the URL of the domain being unavailable. But it would be a sort of a catastrophe, if the data were not restored soon or even lost.

Please comment as soon as possible. I appreciate your efforts in advance.

If your account is one of those that transferred incorrectly, which does seem likely given the issues you have, it has been terminated on the new server awaiting being re-transferred from the old server, which is why it shows as available until the transfer has been done.

Chopin we had a huge delay in the transfers due to the DC accidentally disconnecting the server after we decided to keep it another month. Transfers are underway and we’ll update here as necessary.

I must hardly say to you how planning is important in data maintenance. Keeping data on the old server another month without the access to the free hosting domain introduced in this thread means to have lost them for the period of time. This is one point I have listed in my plan as a result.

Anyway, to make the planning complete, I need to know if the data are lost forever. That is why I need to know from you if their transfer is guaranteed sometime within the month you have reserved for the transfers or ever beyond.

There is no data loss, The transfer of account are going strong now as we speak. There is no ETA but soon the sites will be up, what I can say.
