hosting inactivity suspended

it's been a long time , an as my net was down , my account has been suspended . plz can u restore it now that i got my net back so that i can get back to work on my site ??? THANK U

You have no hosting account connected to your forum account. What was your cPanel username? It's most likely that it's been too long and your account was deleted because you didn't get the suspension resolved in time.

Looks like your account has already been terminated, there's at least no hosting account linked with the forum account you are currently using.

Accounts that remain in a suspended state for more then 14 days are periodically purged from the system. To check if this for certain is what has happened, can you tell us what user name you had for cPanel?
