Hosting is down?

Hello x10hosting staff,

I do not know what the problem is but my login link is: lotus.x10hosting.com:2083

I tried logging in but can't. My site is down also is something wrong with my account or did I break something in the TOS? I don't think I have at all I read it and I don't see a suspend page.

Wait, I do have one question. I am trying to get my webmail to work with my site. My support@example.com email. With my windows live mail. But I can't configure the correct settings. What am I doing wrong?
