My site ultimatephoneguide.com was offline for over a week after the boru server upgrades.
I couldn't access the Email or FTP accounts so I lost the images that were on my website.
My hosting account was reset yesterday and has now been moved to the starka server.
My website files had to be reuploaded and reconfigured.
The announcement says illuminated account upgrades are offered as compensation.
Is there an admin or someone who can respond to this about the illuminated upgrade, because whenever I've requested support in the past I never got any response.
