Hosting Problem!

I was installing Forums from Fantastico. I installed phpBB and I uninstalled it. I installed SMF after that to see if it's better, and after uninstalling, some files remain on the public_html directory and can't be removed. Can you please help me, I think I messed something up.

The folders have been removed. Looks like fantastico failed to remove them and set some odd filepermissions on them.

I think you guys have the best support a guy with free hosting can get...
Edit #1: If I knew, I would have closed the support request, but I don't know how, if you can close it, it would be nice
