Hostname for script installation

Well, I just got my site, and I wanted to install a script, I got to the final installation proccess where it asked me for the hostname, and I have no idea what it is, how do I find out what it is?

If it's asking for mysql hostname, it should be "localhost"

Click 'PhPAdmin', and it's the first thing at the very top of the page in blue. it'll say Server: mysql-starka.x10hosting.com <--this one's mine, it'll be different if you're on another server, probably. I think sometimes you can use 'localhost'? not sure. I'm just learning php, myself. And by learning I mean lots of failures and few triumphs lol

Assuming localhost fails, yours is the backup - I'm pretty sure x10's got it set up so localhost forwards it to the correct server anyways, but with the recent server changes with cpanel upgrades I'm not sure if it's the same as before :(

use localhost

because only localhost will work..

As this is now resolved, I have now closed is. localhost is the correct hostname and should be the one to use.
