How can I change my domain?

I can't figure out how to do it myself.
I need to change it from PolishManiacs.x10.mx to ReviewManiacs.x10.mx and can't figure it out.

Oh no... if they "see" this thread? I'm assuming they don't look often? Would I be better off canceling my account and remaking it?
