How can I get my disk limit unmetered?

Technically you qualify, so I have upgraded your account to unmetered. However there's one other limitation you need to be careful about, as per ToS:
Personal Image and Video Galleries
Personal galleries are limited to 500MB of disk space for images and videos.
Seeing as your site is a gallery site, you need to make sure you do not exceed the limitation set there regarding the space you are allowed to use for the images/videos alone.
