How can i get my sites files

Since i'm suspended for no reason at all, i want access to my site to save all my work to HD, but i can ftp anymore

they say Malware but only software on my site i wrote myself.

personly i think someone that wanted my software, but since its private (i only give the password to people i trust), didn't have access to it. complained to x10hosting, thats why i say i'm suspended for nothing

and also thats not the point, i want my site content back so i can go to a real host

if you can still get to your account panel, you can open a support ticket to have this reviewed maybe

realy this x10hosting support is as slow as hell, i need my scripts, software and mysql databases and i need to be sure that after i have that my site and account is deleted, and my money i paid returned to my account.

but thinking about this more i m also amazed when you write your own programs you did not think of having a backup at home

Again not the point, but i can't have a updated mysql database on my own computer since i don't have mysql runnning, second, since i have nothing illegal on my site never thought they could suspend me, so never borthed to make a update.

but my site was suspended because i have a script called shellbrowser.php on my site.
i just qoute it here because its just to wierd and if i tell someone this they don't believe me.

I spoke with one of the techs, and they told me you had, among others, a file named shellbrowser.php which would have ticked of a suspicion of malware or other foul play. The tech that took a second look didn't believe it to actually be malware, which is why I have unsuspended your account.

I suggest naming files in a way that can not be misinterpreted to avoid future problems.

We don't want people here that treat staff like that.

Your script seemed like a malicious file, and therefore the AUTOMATIC suspension script suspended you. Your account is unsuspended, take your files, and get out. We honestly don't want you here if you're going to be harassing towards our staff.

Even though you have paid for our Double All package, you are still a free hosting member. You are not paying a monthly fee for our services.

If you think our speed of assistance is slow, compare us to other website hosting companies. It's been only 56 minutes since your original post, and this problem is already resolved. You even got another member helping you out 6 minutes after your post. Take your question to a different hosting company and expect to wait a few hours.

If you want to go to a "real host," take your files and leave. I know almost all of the staff here, and I think each and everyone of them are talented and gifted individuals.

Be happy for the fact that you get many things that even paying members on other hosts do not have. You have a reply to your support request in less than 10 minutes and the problem was solved within an hour. Compare that to any other host giving you free hosting accounts!
As for the dumb techs, you'll find then less dumb when their automatic scripts saves the server from a malicious user.
If you are not happy with what you have, take your files and leave, we don't mind.
