How can i reset mu passwort at cpanel? I can't log in at cpanel!

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

Account needs to be restored.
I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password once the account is available (you'll know as you can access the site then), as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.
