First of all, there's no hosting account linked to your forum account so we'd need to know your cPanel to be able to check your account.

However, phishing sites is part of the zero tolerance policy, so the account would be permanently suspended and would eventually be terminated. It is your responsibility to make sure what you upload is within the rules of TOS.

With an email of cracking3@edited.out I wonder how much of a 'mistake' it was. But, as LadyAnna pointed out, even if it was 100% a mistake, Zero Tolerance means you are 100% responsible.

After your account is terminated, everything will be gone. That's what happens in a Zero Tolerance violation.
