I presume you are referring to Magnet ECommerce.
You might want to take a look at the FAQ's on their website.
Also, it appears that this is commercial software so I would presume that the company would provide support after you purchase the product.
Have you considered one of the open source ecommerce products such as Zen Cart or OSCommerce?
