I too first saw x10Hosting on http://www.free-webhosts.com/webhosting-01.php probably five or six years ago (unless x10 wasn't around then, in which case, it was definitely later than that!). I didn't jump on it at that point for some reason (probably the forum login thing), and was only reminded of it a couple weeks ago when a friend of a friend pointed out the really cheap VPS's.
