How do i become unsuspended

I cannot get to my website. I have tried to unsuspend myself and this has not worked. This was due to a failure on my part to log in once every 2 weeks. Will i be able to have my account back?

It seems like there is no hosting account linked to your forum account, so your account may have been terminated. To make sure, what was your cPanel username?

My user name for forums and cpanel was e1ohem. Also if they deleted my account can it possibly be restored?

If your hosting account is terminated, then there is no ways to getting it back. Just re register for another account.

Make sure that you login into forums every 31 days.

I checked our logs and your account were terminated on October 20th after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.

Files are not recoverable for terminated accounts. If you wish you can sign up for a new account.
