You can't on free

On their website they list, "Shared SSL!" under what is provided on their free service. That sounds like false advertisement if you are right.
I tried that and it didn't work. When you say servername do you mean my mean full URL username.x10.mx or what? I tried it a few different ways for the servername but either I didn't enter the right thing or it didn't work.

When you sign onto cPanel the url will be xxxxx.x10hosting.com. What is the xxxxx ?
What is your cPanel name?
And what is the URL of your account?
