How Do I Enable SSL?

When I try to go to https://username.x10.mx/~username I get an x10 404 error. I can't find how to turn SSL on in the control panel when I log in either. Could someone please help me?

On their website they list, "Shared SSL!" under what is provided on their free service. That sounds like false advertisement if you are right.

Try :

https://servername.x10hosting.com/~cPanelUsername

I tried that and it didn't work. When you say servername do you mean my mean full URL username.x10.mx or what? I tried it a few different ways for the servername but either I didn't enter the right thing or it didn't work.

What he means by
Try : https://servername.x10hosting.com/~cPanelUsername is for example

Servername = lotus or absolut or stoli
~cpanelUsername = Username used for logging on to login to cpanel

so if your server was "lotus" and your username is hachacha then it would be

https://lotus.x10hosting.com/~hachacha/

ok I see. I tried https://servername.x10hosting.com/~cPanelhachacha and https://servername.x10hosting.com/~hachacha, both say Server Cannot Be Found, Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at servername.x10hosting.com. I made sure that the servername and username were correct. What should I try now?

When you sign onto cPanel the url will be xxxxx.x10hosting.com. What is the xxxxx ?
What is your cPanel name?
And what is the URL of your account?

That worked fine for me:

https://stoli.x10hosting.com/~cpanelname/

Now, I can make SSL transfers (logins, etc).
