How do I find out how much my website is worth?

I keep seeing price tags of how much a website is worth on peoples sig.

I was wondering if anyone can explain this to me for this still is strange to me.

I have 3 websites 1 forum, 1 clan website w/ forum and 1 blog site / web portal site.

It looks at all your backlinks and the more you have, the more your site is 'worth'. Of course it is only an estimate...
