Hello,

I'm able to login to my x10 account as usual through: https://x10hosting.com/login

Then, when I try to login to my C Panel, I'm redirected to:

The same username/password combo doesn't work. I don't remember setting specific login details for the c panel and there's no option to reset my username /password.

Do you have any advice? Thanks in advance!

in some cases you can login to https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/
using your forum credentials because the 2 different logins.
(1 can handle email addresses and 1 cant,)
but remember if this works for you dont use this login to prevent account suspension,
to avoid suspension for the 30 day requirement you must use https://x10hosting.com/login

Thanks for the reply. I tried using my forum credentials with a username (not email address) at https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/ and unfortunately this didn't work.
It now also says my IP has been blacklisted for excessive failed login attempts .
Is there a way to reset my credentials and start from scratch?

if it shows your ip as blacklisted then a staff member will need to be notified.
i can try to notify one to review your post but it might be a few days for a reply.
im not able to do it myself but i will send them a note..

Thanks so much. It'd be much appreciated if you could flag a staff member about the blacklist. I can wait a few days np. Thanks again.

Hello,

I removed the blacklist.

However, I am unable to reproduce the issue you are having as I am able to click the "control panel" link inside your clients dashboard at https://x10hosting.com/panel/ without any issues.

Can you maybe attempt to login to this via a different browser and make sure pop-ups are allowed? You may need to try without any plugins so in a private / incognito window as well.

Thank you so much! The issue is solved with a different browser outside of incognito mode, as you said. Thank you again!!!

Hello, my x10Hosting dashboard shows ‘no active services’ and I get a 500 error when trying to access the panel. Can you please attach a hosting service to my account

Hello,

Your x10hosting account login and your DirectAdmin (cPanel) login are not the same, so the username/password you use on the main site won’t work on the control panel. You need the separate DirectAdmin credentials that were created when your hosting account was set up.

In your x10hosting dashboard, check the Hosting section for an option to view or reset your DirectAdmin username and password. If no reset option appears, you’ll need to contact x10hosting support so they can manually reset your control panel login.

That should get you back in.
