Hi,

I've noticed after the upgrade to new hardware for free accounts, that there is an option to "backup" my website to a gzip file.

I initiated the sequence but it appears to be taking a while.

Also, when creating a backup would this contribute to a hard limit or can I make as many as I like?

Thanks for any answers.

x10hosting hasn't applied their own cPanel theme yet, so this feature is currently unsupported. I just did a test-restore of my website on Level, and it gave me no errors.

I can't guarentee that such a feature will stay in free hosting, so I still recommend you backup through the normal method of using the file manager, and phpMyAdmin for databases. The backups feature was previously disabled, due to the amount of server load it caused as well as the fact it can easily be replicated using FTP, etc, and we have not yet applied all the policies we had in place for free hosting, so this feature might be disappearing soon.
