Get 'The GIMP' instead, almost as good, if not actually better. Completely free, no time limits or restrictions, and all the Photoshop tutorials translate rather well to it as well.

Of course there is always the ever present pirated copy lurking on the torrents but frankly not worth the risk, let alone the £400+ for the liscensed copy.

Adobe Photoshop will cost you good amount. maybe you would wana try Free Alternatives which are just as good. If you want something like illustrator like then use Inkscape its a great program. If its for editing pictures then google "GIMP" and if you want to something for coloring then "Corel Painter" is a cheaper alternative
