How much memory limit is for wp?

I have a 64mb limit in wordpress. What's the max i can use in this free hosting?

Free Hosting accounts get 64MB of RAM; WordPress will run just fine. (There are some software packages that require too much memory to be used on a Free Hosting account, but WordPress is not among them. Anymore, that is -- a few years ago, it was a real memory hog, but it's had a substantial re-write since then.)

So i should set the WP 64M memory limit?

Is that diferent from WordPress M limit?

In my WP I use a pluggin (Server IP & Memory Usage Display). it says I have the 64limit set for WP. but I don't know if PHP memory limit is different.
It shows this
Memory: 54.65 of 256 MB (21%) | WP LIMIT: 64 MB
