Hello,

I have been happily using x10hosting for many years. I have a personal website at http://sharif.x10.mx/

Now it does not work and I do not have any access to my website. Could you please help?

Thank you very much for your kind support.

Regards,
Sharif

1 - Your account has been temporarily suspended.
(i think for excessive use as far as i can tell)

you would have to contact @STAFF or @Anna to be unsuspended.
maybe @garrettroyce can notify them (mark this post for staff to see)

Thank you very much spacresx. My website is tiny in size and I have never ever used any resources excessively.
I will contact @STAFF or @Anna according to your suggestion. Thank you again.

you should be able to log in using https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
when you get the "cpanel button" to turn blue click it.
that should open the newer "DirectAdmin" control panel.
(thats the cpanel replacement for free accounts)

this is assuming you can login ok still.

under 'system info and files' in the top is 'file manager'.

Please no not suggest that users contact staff members directly, we do monitor the forums as time allows us to. Tagging us in a post is OK to get our attenion. PMs should only be sent to a staffmember if they ask you to do so.
